In 2019, Darand left his former company to start Black Line Glazing with some key employees and partners. In his over 35 years in the glass industry, he has seen significant changes and advances in glazing. Darand is the chief executive officer and senior estimator for Black Line Glazing. His goal has always been to build a company on the principles of Philippians 2:3-4 in all aspects of doing business and life.
